TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for considering a commission with me!
By agreeing to commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service. Please read these terms thoroughly.
Not reading my terms of service is not an excuse for being exempt from them. All client has full access to this site prior to commissions.If there are any questions or concerns, please contact me on my social media or email at [email protected].

GENERAL

  • Due to outside commitments, commissions are completed between an average of one week (+/-) and two months (+/-), depending on complexity.

  • If a piece needs to be done by an upcoming date, a rush fee of 60% may be added.

  • Delays / pauses in a commission will be immediately notified of. Delays may occur due to real-world events such as family, health, school, or otherwise.

  • I will not modify any completed / existing artwork (mine or otherwise), nor drastically change an already completed piece.

  • My art cannot be bought with cryptocurrency. This is non-negociable and I will deny the commission.

✧I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission, at any time, at my disclosure.✧I reserve the right to adjust any information on my site, as well as the prices of any commission rates. I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.

WORKFLOW

✧What I Need From You:✧

  • Please provide as detailed a description as possible. I do not know what to do with only a: "Just do anything!". I'm happy to help you along!

  • Please provide a full reference, showing at least a front view. Written descriptions, uncolored drawings, and vague, non-photo references, etc, will not be accepted unless agreed beforehand. Multiple images and photos are fine! The more info I have from you, the better I can do my job. :)

  • Description-only designs may incurr a +50-80% fee based on complexity. This is for the extra time and edits needed to make sure the drawing is accurate to the description/your needs.

✧Process:✧

  1. Order specifics will be negotiated and clearly agreed upon. I will send a Paypal invoice to you with the agreed price. Order is considered 'started' upon confirmed payment from both sides.

  2. Initial (watermarked) sketch draft(s) will be sent. At this point, the client may request changes. See below.

  3. Completed (watermarked) line-art/color draft(s) will be sent. ✦No drastic changes to the composition can be made after acceptance of this draft, only design corrections.✦

  4. Final draft will be sent once completed. Any minor mistakes can be fixed.

  5. The completed piece in full resolution [.png] will be sent via email to the requested address, thus completing the commission.

✧The client has a limit of three (3) major changes.✧
✦This applies to changing of minds, major composition/pose changes, etc.
✦Fixing mistakes (size of a body part, incorrect hair length, incorrect markings, etc.) are not included in this count. I will inform you if a major change is counted.
✦If the client is still not content with the piece after 3 major changes, I reserve the right to deny the commission and issue a 50% refund for the time spent. The client will not receive any un-watermarked drafts.✧Additional progress images can be requested!✧I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner’s responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

USAGE

  • I retain any and all rights to the piece commissioned for redistribution. This includes, but is not limited to: self promotion, advertisement, portfolio work, social media, and otherwise.

  • I will not modify or dishonor a client's piece or character in any redistributions. All rights to the characters belong to the client.

  • Proper credit for the character will always be given to the client, and never to me.

((If the piece involves incredibly personal matters, such as a private person or event you are not comfortable with sharing, this can be discussed.))

  • The client has the right to post and redistribute their commissioned work for personal use.

  • ✦Commercial redistribution (e.g merchandise, advertisement, ) must be negotiated upfront, and not automatically allowed. No work of mine is allowed to be used commercially without prior approval.✦

  • My art cannot be sold for crypto or NFTs. Even if you buy a commission from me and receive the completed result, you may not resell it as Cryptoart / NFT.

  • The client may not heavily edit, alter, or trace a piece. Exceptions such as resizing, cropping, and photo filters are allowed.

  • The client may not claim the commissioned work as their own art.

  • I ask that the client does not edit out any watermarks, and provides credit via any of my socials upon distribution.

PAYMENT / REFUNDS

  • All payments are made upfront in full, though Paypal invoice.

  • Orders over $100 are allowed a payment plan at my discretion.

  • I do not accept any cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

  • Failure of response from the client for over 30 days will result in the cancellation of the order, no refund. The client may request any unwatermarked art already completed before this time frame if contacted after 30 days.

  • The quoted price of a commission is non-negotiable. If the quoted price does not work for the client, I am happy to negotiate another piece better fitting the budget.

  • If a client's order has not yet been started by me at the time of request for refund, I will refund in full.

  • If the client's order has reached the "completed sketch" stage upon request for refund, I will refund 50% for the time spent.

  • If the client's order has been completed and sent, I will not issue any refund.

  • Any unprecedented charge-backs from the client will be subject to punishment in the form of blacklisting from any future commissions, as well as your name(s) being shared as a public warning to any art community of my choice.

  • Underage / Cub, Underage-Looking, or Feral NSFW

  • Extreme Fetish (Vore, inflation, etc.)

  • Violence / War Scenes

  • Questionable/Derogatory Content (Racism, anti-LGBT, etc.)
